All claims must be submitted through the secure BPA Health Provider Payor Portal. Visit: https://quickcap.bpahealth.com/BPAHealth/general/index.php 2. Click “First Time User.” 3. Complete and submit the Request to Login form. 4. Once your request has been reviewed, BPA Health will assign you a username and send you instructions for accessing the portal.
