Join the EAP Network
Our growing provider network is changing lives through clinical expertise, local community knowledge and a focus on results. Join the SUD Network
BPA Health’s SUD Program provider network serves clients funded by the Idaho Department of Health & Welfare, Idaho Department of Correction, Idaho Supreme Court and Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections. Providers applying to join the SUD network must apply for and receive facility approval from the Idaho Department of Health & Welfare in addition to the application to join the BPA Health SUD network.
