Telehealth services can benefit clients in a number of ways, such as: improving access to care that might not otherwise be available (e.g., in rural areas, transportation barriers, or closure due to pandemic). There are important things for clinicians to consider and implement when providing telehealth services such as additional telehealth informed consents. Clinical Considerations - Telehealth Group Facilitation Updated August 27, 2020
Telehealth groups are an effective way to offer clients critical outpatient and intensive outpatient services. On August 26, 2020 BPA Health moderated a panel discussion of providers who shared their tips and experiences in successfully facilitating groups during the COVID 19 pandemic.
